TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Martinez Irrigation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Martinez Irrigation provides irrigation repair, irrigation installation, drainage solutions, landscape lighting, backflow testing, and related services in Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the course of work.

No work will begin without customer approval of the agreed-upon scope and pricing.

Pricing reflects labor, materials, and service required to complete the job properly.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is restricted, unsafe, or delayed, services may need to be rescheduled. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be provided at the time of estimate or invoicing. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in collection efforts as permitted by law.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

Martinez Irrigation provides a workmanship guarantee covering the quality of labor performed. If an issue arises directly related to the work performed, we will assess and address it in a reasonable timeframe.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Manufacturer defects in parts or equipment

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or third parties

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by weather, natural events, or landscaping changes

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

6. Property Conditions

Customers are responsible for identifying and marking private underground utilities, irrigation lines, or structures not visible at the time of service. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or concealed items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martinez Irrigation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

8. Website Use

All website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website materials is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
